DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. Balance payable on arrival. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 28 days of arrival, unless vacancy filled. A booking fee applies to all cancellations.

Minimum booking period applies for school & public holidays and long weekends.

Cottages are available from 2pm ( 3pm Sundays). Must be vacated by 10am weekdays, 2pm on weekend bookings (excluding January), unless otherwise arranged.

We regret that no refunds can be made for early departures.

Sorry no pets allowed.

COTTAGE BREAKFAST HAMPERS:

Fabulous cook your own breakfast hampers with all the ingredients for a full cooked breakfast and more! Bacon and eggs, cereals and milk, juices, fresh bread and spreads and yoghurt. The hampers may be pre-ordered and placed in your refrigerator prior to your arrival, or arranged during your stay.
